Insul-Mate™ Aluminum Tee Covers are precision formed and are sized to meet ASTM C-450 specifications. They are formed from .024” thick, 1100 alloy, O-temper aluminum which is coated with a baked on epoxy paint on the inside to resist electrolytic decomposition and a proprietary composite polyester resin paint system on the outside to resist oxidation.
